This is a portrait of who I am today. Described by where I am. This is a daily journal whose entries are primarily the photos. I take a photo every day with the camera on my cell phone. I chose my cellphone camera because of the challenge to work with a medium that offers very few control options, and the immediacy of the image. It's the modern day Polaroid.

02.20.2011: Sunday
Incredibly unproductive Sunday, and the cat is insistent on reading EVERYBODY’s status updates on Facebook. I have spent the last 6 hours watching episode after episode of Heroes. Addicted - just like I was addicted to Lost when I started it. Somewhat thankfully Netflix has only Season 1.

See that pole behind me? Yeah, I whacked my head on one just like it. Whacked it hard enough that, it seems, I caused myself a minor concussion.

Stayed late working at the office and then my friend Mike and I walked home from the office, near S. Station. It was a little bit more than a 1hr walk. It was windy but unseasonably warm so it was actually a nice walk.

Crossing the MGH bridge was beautiful - seeing the lights of the city and the light of the moon reflecting off the ice on the river was so beautiful. My wimpy little cellphone camera does not do it justice.
